This information is tied to the payment's transaction ID which we use to issue a users product, retain for statistical purposes and to use in the case of fraud or abuse. First names, last names and payment email addresses are removed from the database after 9 months, but other information, such as transaction IDs and IP addresses are retained indefinitely for fraud prevention.

When a user signs up to receive product updates they must supply their first name and contact email address. This information is used only to send users updates to the program as well as occasional promotional emails. Users may, at any time, "unsubscribe" from the update list which immediately removes their information from the database.
